Client: Jofran Inc. is a furniture company founded in 1975. For decades, the brand has been bringing coziness and comfort to its customers’ homes with high-quality furnishings at reasonable prices. Its product range covers bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms.
The Challenge
Jofran’s marketers needed a way to better showcase the selling points of their furniture — practicality, comfort, and homey charm. Traditional product photos often fell short of conveying these qualities, and producing visuals through multiple providers was slow and inconsistent. The company required a faster, more efficient solution that would deliver all types of imagery — silo shots, lifestyle scenes, interactive spins, and AR — in one place. At the same time, it was critical that every asset consistently maintained the brand’s recognizable style across all marketing channels.
Our Solutions
In January 2021, Jofran partnered with CGIFurniture. Since then, our 3D rendering company has successfully completed over 30 projects for the brand, creating a wide variety of CGI assets.
3D modeling and texturing
Using full and close-up product photos provided by Jofran, our artists recreated items with 100% accuracy and carefully matched textures.
Examples: 3D models of a chair, dresser, table, and cabinet.
Neutral background silo renders
Instead of a standard white background, Jofran prefers cozy neutral tones. With mood boards provided as guidance, our team created a custom CG scene with light wooden flooring and an off-white wall. Every 3D model was rendered in 4K in this environment.
Examples: 3D silos of an armchair, chair, table, and nightstand.
Lifestyle CG renders
Based on interior style mood boards, we built unique 3D scenes for each product. Items were placed, lit, and rendered in 4K, then harmonized in post-production to ensure unified tonality and contrast.
Examples: lifestyle CGI of kitchen sets, dining sets, cabinets, tables, and chairs in atmospheric lifestyle settings.
360° spins
For each product, we created 36 white-background renders showing the product from different angles. These renderings were integrated into a website plugin that enabled an interactive 360° spin. With such an asset, customers can rotate high-poly furniture 3D models and examine them in detail.
Multi-row 3D views
By producing 7 rows of 36 renders, we enabled full spherical product exploration from any angle, with zoom-in capability for detailed examination.

High-poly 3D objects were optimized into low-poly versions suitable for real-time AR applications. We delivered AR-ready files in both .usdz and .glb formats, compatible with iOS and Android.
