What do you need to start a project?
To start a project quickly, click the “Get in touch” button at the top of the page. Fill out and submit the form that appears, and our client managers will reach out to you asap. They will answer your questions, assist you with signing up for our CRM platform, and provide you with a brief template.
How much does 3D modeling cost?
The cost varies based on the type and number of 3D rendering products you require. To estimate the price, you can use the calculator available on the main page of our website. Also, you can click the “Schedule a demo” button to book a demo and receive an accurate estimate for your project.
Are corrections really free?
Yes, corrections to your project are free. By correction we mean changes that are less than 60% of the project workload. If the change you want to make exceeds this limit, than we consider it a new project.
What do you mean by “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”?
If upon getting results you find that they don’t meet your quality standards, you can ask for your money back. Please note that refund option is available within 30 days from the payment.
Do you arrange online meetings to discuss projects?
Absolutely! We offer demo presentations to introduce our 3D services tailored to your specific industry, and we also schedule online meetings to discuss project details.
What is your process with project non disclosure?
All files that we receive from you are confidential by default.
Do you create physical 3D models?
No, we don’t provide 3D printing services. However, we can create 3D models that are ready for 3D printing.
What software do you use for modeling?
Mostly, 3ds Max. We also use SketchUp and CAD for product development projects.
